Parking & Logistics

Carpooling is highly encouraged.  We have several parking options, but carpooling will help reduce the need for overflow lots/street parking in Louisville.

We have two main parking areas at Lilac Hill (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bTNvGBa5kGErBUUk8) which will hold approximately 140 cars.  We will fill the new upper lot first (Main Parking #1) and then the gravel lot (Main Parking #2).  Please see the images below for reference.  We want to encourage as many people to park here as possible as it will put you close to the action and amenities we'll have on site! 

There is an overflow lot about 1/4 mile north of Lilac Hill on the east side of the road. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zcVFhunb3mAkceA27)

We will have parking attendants at the main/overflow lots starting at 6:15 AM

Please help us maximize space by parking as close as possible to other vehicles in the lots.  Please no team tents in parking spots, we have a designated area in the green space near the event center.

You can also choose to park in Louisville, utilizing public street parking or the Louisville Elementary/High School parking lots (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ydvHR7uQe1E56awo9).
